Phase One Realty, a commercial real
estate company located in Santa Fe, New Mexico is dedicated to providing

Phase One is proud to
give back to the community. The following are a few of the projects Phase
One Realty has been involved with to benefit Santa Fe. Tierra
Contenta. Phase One conceived the idea of converting a financially
broken property into a development for affordable homes, and negotiated
the purchase of what is now Tierra Contenta by the City of Santa Fe. The
success of Tierra Contenta is due to the major roles played by many public
and private entities, however Phase One initiated the effort and tenaciously
brokered the process which took nearly two years. Pueblo de Rosario. Phase One, through its close affiliation with the Community Housing Trust, identified the opportunity to bring an existing residential project to the market for first time home buyers. It brokered the purchase of Pueblo Hermosa to the CHT who quickly returned the 48 condominiums to low income families, many of whom are now able to “move up” to traditional housing, recycling units to additional families |
