John J. Grab “Jay”
is a co-founder of Phase One Realty, Inc. A seasoned commercial real
estate broker and investor, Jay has recognized expertise in interstate
tax deferred exchange for clients and investors. Jay has been instrumental
in the acquisition, development and management of quality commercial
real estate properties throughout the nation for the company’s
clients and investors as well as for his own portfolio. Additionally,
Jay was a co-founder of Thornburg Realty Advisors, utilizing the Thornburg
Solution ™, a company which provides innovative real estate
investment exit strategies to property owners, corporations, non-profit
organizations, financial advisors and their high net worth clients.
Jay is past president and currently serves as a director for Shakespeare
in Santa Fe and as a director of the Willow School. He holds a BA
from Northern Arizona University. |
