After a successful
career in commercial banking, David became a real estate professional
in 1989. David joined Phase One in November of 1998. Also a native
of Santa Fe, Gurule has spent the past fifteen years in the real estate
industry and possesses a keen sense of the Santa Fe market and brings
many valuable contacts and relationships to Phase One.
David
is a concept person with a strong eye for value-added investment
opportunities. His financial background, attentiveness to detail
and follow-through combined with sharp creative abilities allow
his clients to have total confidence that they are in "good
hands."
Throughout his twenty five years in the business
community of Santa Fe, David has been intimately involved in various
civic and social efforts.
