Jim has 30 years
of commercial real estate experince and has earned his Certified Property
Manager® designation, awared by the
Institute of Real Estate Management for experience, education and
adherance to a strict code of professional ethics. Jim has specialized
in retail development and leasing, office buildings and business parks,
municipally owned and special use real estate. Jim additionally has
served numerous times as a court appointed receiver for real estate
financing workouts. He has interstate commercial real estate expertise
having had assignments with a national REIT, a national commercial
real estate brokerage partner firm and in the Rocky Mountain States
as a real estate manager for a national restaurant chain. Farmington,
New Mexico is Jim’s hometown and he is a product of New Mexico
public schools and the University of New Mexico where he currently
serves on the UNM Foundation’s Gift Advisory Board.
