A native New Mexican, Vince Holds a BBA in Business and Liberal Arts. His professional career has spanned from a corporate analyst for a major trust bank, to a consumer and corporate marketing specialist for a national outdoor magazine. His career in commercial real estate began with Coldwell Banker Commercial  in Albuquerque representing landlords and tenants. He has been with Phase One since 2005. Vince is currently a candidate for the CCIM designation because he is constantly searching for better ways to analyze information and remain on the cutting edge of complex market behavior.
